If you have challenges with your skin, one of these foods might be contributing to the problem. I do have to say, as I was reading this article (while drinking my morning coffee), I almost choked (from laughing) when I read the second food item that can wreak havoc if you’re prone to acne. The second food item is shellfish and the article suggests you eat shrimp, lobster and crab only a couple of times a month instead of a couple of times a week. I’m thinking “Who can afford to eat lobster, shrimp and crab a couple of times a week?” And if you can afford that, well, I’m thinking you can probably afford expensive creams and facial treatments… so go ahead and enjoy your shellfish! Perhaps I’m just envious of someone eating lobster every week?
