Tis the season a lot of us celebrate more than usual, which can include eating rich, holiday (and fattening) foods, drinking more alcohol, and skipping workouts. If you’re like me, I then spend the next couple of months trying to get back in shape. But, if you don’t overindulge in the first place, that’s not going to be a problem. Seriously though, it IS the holidays and I don’t want to deprive myself.
