I think it’s safe to safe most of us want to lead healthy lifestyles, whether it means being more active, eating better, being less stressed or changing bad habits. My number one challenge (even though others would say it’s my smoking,) would be feeling less stressed, especially when I get overwhelmed with my “to do” lists and that inner voice starts telling me I’m a slacker. I do try to mentally “talk back” to that inner negative voice without doing it aloud! As with anything in life, usually taking smaller steps to change something works best, otherwise you do get overwhelmed and have a tendency to not follow what you’re trying to change.
I have been feeling very fortunate lately having well-researched and written articles sent to us (which I double-check to make sure they fit with our site and are accurate), which I can share (which actually helps me with my own stress battles.) This excellent article, sent to me from Molly at LiveInNanny.com is an example. This has so much great information and easy ways for you to improve your lifestyle. There’s actually 21 different blogs that (regardless of what area you want to change) can improve in your life, can help you take those first steps. Thanks Molly!
