I almost skipped past this article just based on the title “25 Easy Ways To Stay Skinny” (from Redbook). I think our body goals should be more about health versus being “skinny” and I thought this was going to offer unhealthy tips like eat nothing but cabbage for two weeks or go on a liquid diet. But actually, these are all good tips on ways to cut down on unhealthy calories, add healthier options, tone up, etc., and there’s no expensive requirements or huge changes, (unless you’re just a really unhealthy eater.) I personally sometimes need a reminder that I could be eating better and like I said, these are excellent and common-sense ideas.
