I’ve admitted before that baking is not one of my “specialties” but since working with Pastry Chef Angela Ippolito, from The Cliff House at Pikes Peak, I’ve learned a few basic recipes that are surprisingly easy and actually turned out pretty good. These Brioche Rolls are another example of how you can take ingredients you probably already have in your kitchen (milk, sugar, eggs, flour, etc.) and creating something that tastes heavenly and will have your family asking for more. And believe me, if I can make these, anyone can!
Today on KKTV 11 News, Chef Ippolito demonstrates just how easy these are. I’m actually going to make these Brioche Rolls for our family get-together for Easter and can’t wait to have everyone taste them.
