I think that most of us have gone through a period where we needed to lose a few pounds or more. My own free tip when I lost weight is that I wrote every single thing down that I put in my mouth…including water. That way I could literally see what I had eaten for the day and where I needed to make adjustments. I don’t think that we realize (at least I didn’t) how much a bite here or there can add up at the end of the day.
