I absolutely agree with this article on clutter. Every time I clean out a drawer, cabinet or closet, I feel like I can breathe a little easier. Over the years I have found that the less “stuff” I have on shelves, the less dusting and cleaning I have to do. I can’t even count how many times I have had friends say, “I have so much stuff…I have to get rid of some of it!”
I really like this article and think it’s one of the best I’ve ever read on the why’s behind why we amass “things” and how it can affect you mentally (and physically when you have to clean). If this encourages you to de-clutter and free up your space and time, remember, you can pack it up and donate it to a local charity or thrift store…
We’d love to hear if you’ve uncluttered areas in your home (or office) and how it made you feel…or why you might disagree and will never part with your “collections”.
What do you think?
